Everything your event needs, nothing it doesn't.

No per-ticket fees, no patchwork of spreadsheets, no chasing sponsors over email. One tool that covers the entire event lifecycle, from a 30-person meetup to a 500-seat multi-track conference.

Analytics that answer the questions you're actually asking.

No vanity metrics. Tidy Events tracks the numbers that help you make better decisions about your event, before, during, and after.

Revenue dashboard

Gross and net ticket revenue, revenue by ticket type, add-on sales, refund rates, estimated Stripe fees, and revenue trends over time. All computed from your actual ticket data, no manual entry.

Attendance analytics

Registration over time, check-in rates by hour, capacity vs. actual by ticket type, waitlist conversion, and add-on fulfillment counts. Know exactly where you stand on event day.

Sponsor ROI reporting

Sponsorship revenue, tier fill rates, request pipeline status, and per-sponsor audience reach. Give your sponsors real data about the value they're getting, and make the renewal conversation easy.

Cross-event analytics aggregate across your entire event series: cumulative revenue trends, attendance per event, repeat vs. new attendees, and monthly rollups. Whether you organize one event or twenty, the data scales with you.

Payments that go directly to you.

Tidy Events uses Stripe Connect. Ticket revenue flows directly to your Stripe account. We take no cut of your sales; standard Stripe processing fees and account review policies apply.

Connect once, sell immediately

Link your Stripe account through a standard OAuth flow. Once connected, every event in your group is ready to accept payments.

Automatic refunds

Attendees can request a refund within the refund window. No email chains, no manual Stripe dashboard work. You set the rules; the system enforces them.

Charge disputes and daily reconciliation with Stripe are handled automatically in the background. You won't need to think about them.

The morning of, you're ready.

The hardest part of event day is the first hour. Tidy Events gives you the tools to handle the rush, adjust on the fly, and stay calm.

QR check-in from any device

Open the check-in page in any browser: phone, tablet, or laptop. Scan QR codes, search by name, and mark walk-ins. No app install, no dedicated hardware. Hand a phone to a volunteer and they're ready.

Ambient display mode

Put the schedule on a TV or projector with ?ambient=true. The display auto-refreshes every 90 seconds, scrolls to the active session, and keeps the screen awake. No screensaver interruptions, no UI clutter, just the schedule.

Live activity notifications

When a talk is submitted, a sponsor is approved, or a comment comes in, your team sees a toast notification in real time. No need to refresh the page or check a separate feed.

Automated emails at the moments that matter.

Tidy Events sends the right email at the right time, and for tiers with email visibility perks, sponsor branding is included automatically, so your attendees stay informed and your sponsors see their brand alongside the moments that matter.

Ticket confirmation

Sent immediately after purchase with a QR code, event details, and wallet pass links. Sponsors with email footer perks appear automatically at the bottom.

Pre-event reminder

Sent 24 hours before the event with venue details and a link to their ticket.

Schedule change alerts

If a session gets rescheduled, affected attendees are notified automatically.

Post-event thank you

Sent a few hours after the event ends with a link back to the event recap page. Sponsors with a wrap-up blurb perk have their message included, clearly labeled as sponsor content, alongside the sponsor footer.

From blank slate to open registration.

1

Create your event series

Set up your group with a name, logo, and description. This is the home for all your events and lives at a permanent URL you can share with your community.

2

Configure your event

Pick your format: unconference, structured conference, meetup, festival, hackathon, or workshop. Add dates, tracks, ticket types, and your team. Set up sponsorship tiers with the right automated perks for each level, and the platform handles delivery when sponsors come on board.

3

Publish and share the link

Once published, attendees can register and speakers can claim slots or submit talks without you in the loop. Sponsorship requests queue up for your review, so you stay in control of who supports your event.

4

Go live, then do it again

Check in attendees, manage the live schedule, and review your analytics. When it's over, your group and community are ready for the next one.

Simple, one-time pricing.

No monthly subscriptions, no per-ticket fees, no surprise invoices. Pay once when you publish your event.
