Self-service refunds

Plans change. If the event has a refund window, you can cancel and request a refund without any back-and-forth. Refunds process through Stripe and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

Your ticket is more than a receipt.

Once you register, your ticket becomes your home base for the event, from the confirmation email to the day-of check-in to post-event materials. Events with sponsors may include sponsor logos in event emails.

QR code check-in

A unique QR code is generated with your ticket. Show it at the door for instant check-in. Nothing to print, no PDF to dig out of your inbox.

Apple Wallet and Google Wallet

Add your ticket to your phone's wallet app with one tap. It's right there on your lock screen when you arrive. No app to install, no password to remember.

Automatic reminders

We'll send a reminder email 24 hours before the event with venue details, the schedule link, and a direct link to your ticket. The email may include sponsor logos from the event. You can turn these off from your notification settings or the unsubscribe link in the email.

Schedule change alerts

If a session at an event you're registered for gets rescheduled or moved to a different room, we'll send you an email. Manage these from your notification settings.

Post-event follow-up

After the event, we'll send a thank-you email with a link back to the event page. Slides and resources appear as organizers upload them. The email may include sponsor logos and messages, clearly labeled. You can opt out from your notification settings or the unsubscribe link in the email.
