Getting paid with Stripe
Connect your own Stripe account so ticket, add-on and sponsorship payments go straight to you.

How payments work
Tidy Events doesn't hold your money. You connect your own Stripe account, and every ticket, add-on and sponsorship payment is charged directly on it. Stripe pays out to your bank on your account's schedule.
Because the account is yours, you're the seller. Your Stripe Dashboard shows every payment, refund and payout, and you can use any Stripe feature or app with it.
Connect Stripe
- Open your event group and go to its Billing tab.
- Choose Connect Stripe and sign in to Stripe, or create an account.
- Approve the connection. You'll come back to Tidy Events once Stripe confirms it.
Paid tickets and add-ons can't go on sale until Stripe is connected and active.
Venues and vendors
Venues and vendors connect Stripe the same way, from the Payments tab of their profile. Booking payments then go straight to their account.
